Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds once production has begun.
Orders may only be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, and only if production has not started.

How long does it take to make my order?
Production time varies depending on the item and current queue. Please consult the Order Queue page to get an idea of when your order will be started.
Typical estimates:
- DIY kits: 2–4 weeks
- Fully painted figures: 4–8+ weeks

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Will my figure look exactly like the photos?
Each figure is handcrafted, so small variations in:
- Paint color/shading
- Resin texture
- Finish details
are normal and expected. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects.
What is included in a DIY kit?
DIY kits typically include:
- All resin parts
- Basic cleanup
- Assembly instructions (if applicable)
DIY kits do not include paint, glue, or finishing tools.
How are orders shipped?
All orders are carefully packaged to minimize damage during shipping.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier.
What if an order arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of the damage and packaging
We will review the issue and determine if a repair, replacement, or partial refund is appropriate.
