Overview

All items sold by A Little Meadow are made to order and often customized or hand-finished. Due to the nature of custom resin figure production, all sales are final once production has begun.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

 

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or made-to-order figures

  • Painted figures (standard or custom)

  • DIY kits once shipped

  • Orders where production has already started

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Once work begins on a figure — including printing, cleanup, assembly, or painting — the order becomes non-refundable.

 

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, only if production has not yet begun.

  • After 48 hours, or once production has started, cancellations are not accepted.

Custom Work Disclaimer

Custom and hand-painted figures are artistic works. Minor variations in:

  • Color tones

  • Shading

  • Texture

  • Resin surface details

are normal and expected, and do not qualify as defects or grounds for a refund.

 

Shipping Issues & Damages

We take great care in packaging orders, but if your item arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos of the packaging and damage are required

  • We will assess whether a repair, replacement, or partial refund is appropriate

Shipping damage claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer

  • Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility transfers to the customer

 

International Orders

  • Buyers are responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or VAT

  • We do not offer refunds for orders refused due to customs charges

 

Charge-backs & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in:

  • Order cancellation (if applicable)

  • Refusal of future service
