    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services operated by A Little Meadow (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
    By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies, including our Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
    If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

  2. Products & Services
    A Little Meadow specializes in made-to-order, custom 3D printed resin figures, including DIY kits (unpainted), fully painted figures, and custom commissions.
    All products are handmade and produced individually. Production timelines are estimates and may vary.

  3. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
    Because our products are made to order, all sales are final once production has begun.
    Minor variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and expected and do not constitute defects.

  4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, abuse of policies, or inaccurate order information.
    Orders may only be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, and only if production has not yet begun.

  5. Pricing & Payments
    All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
    We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
    Payment must be completed at checkout through our approved payment providers.

  6. Shipping
    Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
    Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
    We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or customs delays.

  7. International Orders
    International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.
    Orders refused due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for refunds.

  8. Intellectual Property
    All content on this website, including 3D models, artwork, product photos, branding, and logos, is the intellectual property of A Little Meadow.
    Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, or resell any designs.

  9. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Little Meadow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
    Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

  10. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A Little Meadow from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.

  11. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
